Ok, so had a thought. Could I take a picture everyday of my journey to work? Could I then build up over time (i have no idea how long), a stop frame animation kind of thing of my route to work?
The idea is to take images a few footsteps at a time, one each day to build up a kind of Google Street View image collection of my journey. A completely self indulgent project but I have always wanted to experiment with some photography.
Everyday I will post an image of my journey to work, a few footsteps at a time. I will start at my home door and then gradually build up the journey a few steps at a time. The aim is to build up a set of images, a bit like a stop frame animation.
I will upload the images to my Flickr account, so eventually I can flick through and see the journey.
I have no idea how long this will take me.
Lets see how long this takes?

P.S. When talking to a friend of mine about this, they recommended I watched ‘Salaryman 6‘. It is a short film about this Japanese dude that forgets the day before… so then sets up a camera to record his life by taking pictures automatically. It’s good, if you have 10 mins to spare give it a watch. Now I am worried about the consequences of finishing this project, will the outcome be the same as the Salaryman?
